Jag letade efter något som kunde hjälpa mig med andningsuppehåll och dålig sömn Köpt denna fantastiska kudde och tänkte Allt är värd att testa. Mina andnings uppehåll har försvunnit. Per il mio utilizzo perfetto
Preso a mia madre per dolori al collo molto intensi,saputo poi dopo per una protusione cervicale,non sarà la soluzione ,ma il sollievo è immediato dalla prima notte ,distende dove deve nel suo caso ,stando a pancia in su,se si è abituati a dormire sul lato fa comunque da distensore creando uno spessore spalla /orecchio dritto , ovviamente è soggettivo nel mio caso perfetto ,ha anche la comodità ,se si usano auricolari e ci si mette sul lato ,grazie al "buco" di non aver fastidio all' orecchio , ora cerco una federa corretta ,intanto gliene ho messa una molto ampia, ma meglio la sua per avere ottimizzazione ,penso ne prenderò uno per me ,non tanto per le vertebre che per ora sono sane ma per la respirazione,ho notato che migliora molto e si dorme meglio
