Return process is not good
One of tools is faulty, but couldn't exchange it. Have to return the full pack. In addition, had to pay for return charges and now have to wait for a refund. Awful customer experience - having no tools and being out of pocket for weeks.

Certainly recommend it.
Not had it long and only used it a couple of times to hang some new doors. I found it to be easy to use and it did a great job. Very happy with it up to now.
