Are the ingredients the same as Juven?

Not exactly the same ingredients. Juven has 7 grams of L-Arginine while Arginaid has 4.5 grams. Juven has 3 grams of sugar with 95 calories per serving while Arginaid has Aspartame for 30 calories per serving. I prefer Juven but it is so expensive and hard to get hold of.

Can this be mixed with hot water like tea?
