Rubie's Women's Classic Lady Liberty Costume

No issues! I wore a smartwool base layer underneath with plenty of room. Steam before wearing to make it look great. I also stretched the headpiece for several days before wearing and made my own torch. I ordered a Medium. 5’3, 133lbs.

This costume was perfect for our Church patriot musical! Everyone thought it was appropriate and made ppl smile. The head band is rubber and tight. Wouldn't stay on well without the band under my chin however. That would be my only con. Was fun tho!

The robe part is great. I ordered a large and a medium because I was unsure. They both fit. I will stay with the medium. I am 5'4", wear a size 10 in jeans and dresses. The medium is shapely on me, not too snug but not loose. The large was more draping and would sag from the neckline so it is too big. The crown is not great. A solid piece but not meant to fit on a head. This is what I did and it fits fine now. I took a steak knife and made slits around the inside of the headband so it would accordian out a bit . 10 of those, one every half inch and it is now perfect and stays on my head and doesn't hurt. Does not come with the wig, the torch but it does say that. So took away a star due to having to fix the originally unwearable crown. Otherwise this is a 5 star costume.

cool costume, wore it for spirit days at my school and my students and other staff loved it. True to size. I steamed mine, and made my own torch out of a toilet paper roll and cup I painted. Hat is uncomfortable and needs to be broken in, felt okay after several hours of wear.

The gown is fine, kind of what you would expect, polyester that will need to be steamed out. But the fit is fine. The crown however is terrible. It doesn’t fit my head at all. The spring steel or whatever is inside the foam pinches my head. Then the whole headpiece flops forward onto my face. I’m going to cut into it and try to remove the metal to make it fit properly.

I used it for my church program. The material is very thin and will run so be careful and gentle with it. I'm tall and got size large and it fit me well. The tiara point edges were bent. I could not straighten them out but, I wore it anyway. I plan to wear it again for different events so hopefully it lasts.

This Statue of Liberty dress a was a huge hit this year for my costume. I loved how soft it was and it was very moveable and true to size. It looked fantastic next to my dog who I dressed up as Donald Trump. Huge hit at the party!

Sehr tolle Kostüm. Kopfdecke bisschen klein aber sonst passt perfekt. Ich habe mir bisschen größere bestellt damit ich mehr unter anziehen kann. Schöne Farbe.
