You want more cinnamon?!
This tea is such a treat. The cinnamon is bold and full of spice. Strong and bold flavor. The smoothness is exceptional. The caffeine level is perfect for morning ritual.

Great taste!!!
When my Teavana flavor was discontinued it took me a lot to find a black tea that fit my taste. I tried countless brands and was disappointed. Then I found and tasted this Victorian London Fog by Harney & Sons…great taste, great aroma, great blend, and when I add a bit of cream, my day has started and set!! So pleased and the price doesn’t break my bank either.

Delicious tea!
This tea is amazing! It leaves a warm, cozy feeling in your throat after drinking it and the flavor is delightful! The tin can be a little tricky to open at times, but otherwise it is easy to use! You can vary the strength by how much you out in to your strainer!

Just Right
I tried several other brands, and have stayed with this one. The quality is consistent, the flavor is pleasant and just right for me in terms of sharpness, and the price is right.

Great taste, very fine cinnamon
The taste is great. Tastes like Fall or Christmas. The one issue is that the cinnamon is ground too fine allowing it to escape a tea ball. I am going to order some fabric tea bags to solve this problem.

The best tea!
Harney & Sons makes the best loose tea I've ever purchased. They have a great selection of flavors.True to my British heritage- I start and end the day with a cuppa. Harney & Sons is the only brand other than Twinnings in my cupboard! I look forward to visiting the Harney store in Dutchess County.

This is the tea that converted me to loose leaf brewing
I confess that I came to loose leaf brewing some years ago because of an episode of NCIS-LA. I decided to give it a whirl and was AMAZED. Tea brewed this way was a far superior beverage. And I quickly settled on Harney & Sons English Breakfast Tea as "my" tea.Brewed in a pot I find this tea to be clear and and have a pleasant in flavor that has been quite consistent through the years. I warm the pot first and use BOILING water to brew the tea. It can't be too hot. I like to steep mine for 5 minutes if I'm having it straight. If I'm adding cream (Hello Keto fans!) I steep it for 7 to 10 minutes to bring out more flavor. If you're new to steeping loose leaf tea then plan on experimenting a bit. Always use boiling water for BLACK teas like this one but the amount of tea and how long it steeps can and should be experimented with whenever you change teas. I've also found a good tea pot and an electric water kettle to be good investments. I use filtered water where I live now and that improves the flavor but that depends on your locality. Personally I've come to enjoy the ritual of making tea in the morning as much as the tea afterwards. Your mileage may vary.Contrary to what some have said I find it does develop quite strong flavors if left steeping too long so I use a timer. In my experience this is true for all black teas. Also, if you're making a pot, I've found that by setting the pot on a folded dish towel and draping another over it keeps the tea hot enough for me to enjoy the second mug. Or they sell something called a "tea cozy" if you want to get fancy. This tea is well worth trying on it's own and another reviewer was right about the lovely smell. Also the 8 ounce tea tins this tea comes in are just the right size. I saved a couple and then started ordering in the 1lb bag which I decant into my tins.

The cinnamon is delicously spicy
I wasn't sure I would like this tea; but I took a chance after reading some reviews regarding the "Hot" in the "Hot Cinnamon Spice". It was sounding like it just might be something I could enjoy. So as soon as it arrived I opened it up and took a whiff, OMG, it smelled absolutely divine and spicey! I was very careful with the measurement of tea, the water temp and infuse time. I wanted the first cup to be per instructions so I could then adjust accordingly to my own personal taste. Well that first cup was an experience, It smelled exquisite, my first sip was soon after infusing and it was steaming hot. It was almost too sweet, I don't ever use sweetener in anything, not a big fan; but the sweet cloves in it was very sweet and not sure how I felt about that. After the tea cooled to a more drinkable temperature, my holey tea-bud, it was a thousand times better than that first sip. The sweetness was tempered and all the flavors came together in a wonderful balance. The "Hot" Cinnamon got spicey and I loved it. It was a great cup of tea all the way down to the last drop. Well almost the last drop, it has so much cinnamon in it that it does have a little more tea sediment than most loose teas, but it was such a fine dusting that it was still drinkable to the last drop. That last drop just has a little kick. So my final grade is A+++. My personal adjustment is a heaping "perfect teaspoon" per cup (I like it strong and spicy), I do keep to the 5 minute suggested brew time. I do hold my anticipation in check and wait until it is a drinkable temp so I can avoid that first saccharin sweet effect of the clove it gets when it's too hot. Then it is perfect start to finish. I am going through it way too fast. I will be reordering very soon. It is my favorite afternoon wind-down tea and also my afternoon need-a-second-wind tea, whichever the day requires. What else can I say, I love this tea, and yes, the cinnamon is deliciously spicy, yum!

Way better than Twinning
I am in my phase of London fogs and didn't want to pay 5 to 6 dollars for a drink at a Cafe. I initially bought the twinning earl grey tea bags which I was unable to make a good london fog no matter how many bags I used. I tried several brands and even some microgrounds before stumbling on this. Initially I thought this was really expensive. However I found that the flavor was very good and came out well. Only need to use 1 or 2 tsp. I think if you add a bit more lavender it will even taste even better.

no bueno
It's a pretty weak and average-tasting (if not below-average) English Breakfast tea. I've had cheap bagged teas better than this tbh.I heard Harney and Son's was a good brand, and it seemed like a good price for the size, considering most Loose Leaf English Breakfast teas of of this size (1 lb) tend to cost $65-100+ CAD. I paid $40.However, upon realizing that this is not made of the typical Ceylon/Assam blends, but a low grade generic black tea, I tried to cancel the order. If I wanted a 1lb bag of generic black tea, I could get some for half the price, but they wouldn't let me. Once it arrived, I could not return it, even though I hadn't even opened it, so I'm stuck with it now.Since it's pretty weak, I'll probably get through the whole pound within a month or 2 anyways. Won't buy again.
