Dean Jacob's Maple Bacon Seasonings Chef Size Jumbo Grinder ~ 5.7 oz

I had looked everywhere for this seasoning once I ran out and couldn’t find it in any store! Luckily Amazon saved the day! Really flavorful seasoning it’s great on everything especially baked potatoes!

These maple flavored “bacon bits” are delicious, and since they don’t actually have any bacon, there is no sodium nitrate in them either, which makes it healthier. I like to add these bacon bits to omelettes and sometimes as a garnish to other foods like macaroni and cheese.The thing I didn’t like is that I don’t like to ”grind” my bacon bits, and the cap with the built-in grinder does not come off. I used a hammer and a screwdriver to pound it and I still couldn’t get the cap off, but I was able to break through part of it to get the contents out. The smaller size jar by this manufacturer does have a removable cap, which I liked, a lot better. If this size jar had a screw off cap, I would give it five stars.

Eh, it's not bad, but it's not very flavorful either. It's more like a hint of maple bacon flavor. Not very sweet. I'll probably finish using it, but probably won't order it again.

It’s Ok, good flavor but so mild you have to use a lot to taste it. Nothing great but nothing terrible about this product.
