Excellent replacement for OEM part
Came on time and excellent delivery, perfect website description KB part works great and better than OEM. Many people tried to repair but gave up as OEM -WB24X10017, part that is no more available.

ease of replacement & accurate manual
unit works as expected. Dislike: the unit is 3-wire with green wire as ground, but the manual didn't show that, instead the manual is for 2-wire unit (no ground wire). Please provide correct manual. It's preferable if a knob is included with the unit. Lucky for my case, I can re-use the old knob
