These are great nuts. Brazil nuts are dense seeds from the Amazon, famous for their exceptionally high selenium content, which supports thyroid and immune health, alongside healthy fats, protein, and minerals like magnesium and copper, offering benefits for heart and brain health but requiring moderation (around 1-4 nuts daily) due to selenium's potency. And these particular ones are fresh. I am sure I will buy them again..

These Brazil nuts taste very fresh and clean. I like that they are raw and unsalted, so I can control the flavor. The texture is crunchy, and they are not bitter. I eat 1 or 2 every day for selenium, and I feel good about the quality. The resealable bag is also very useful. I will buy again.

These nuts are raw, unsalted just like I wanted. I have hypothyroidism and for health benefits I have been told to eat 2 a day to get the daily dose of Selenium that is needed to help my thyroid. I eat them at the time I take my vitamins so I don't forget. Good quality Brazil nuts and this is the second time I have purchased this kind. I have found it is the best value for money.
