Honey is like wine...it consists of many unique notes and undertones ....and depending on the type of soil, sun, shade, flowers & trees the bees thrive in will determine the taste. ❤️ The TOP notes in this particular ULMO include: fresh creamy butter melting in your mouth, followed by hints of licorice (not sweet - just WILD from herbs and floral in that region) & a touch of raw brown carmel, and sparkling star anise. ULMO honey is NOT very sweet! On a scale of 1 - 5 ( 5 being super sweet) Id rate ULMO honey a 1. Which is PERFECT because I do not like honey from grocery stores since they all taste like pure sugar. ULMO color resembles "honey butter" and is the perfect with coffee, tea, toast, popcorn (hot sauce n honey- YUM!) and a healthy alternative when baking. According to my Dr. raw honey is good for you in small doses and contains: antioxidants, antibacterial, phytonutrient, antiviral and helps boost your immune system......just to name a few. Delicious honey for those who insist on high-quality raw honey with a pleasant taste. The flavor is mild, warm, buttery, with an aroma of fennel fronds. Perfect for sweet and savory uses. I keep it in the fridge, so it's more spreadable than pourable. I swirl it into my yogurt before spreading over toast. Also would be great for chai tea, and to gently sweetened marinades and vinaigrettes. Would also pair well with a lot of raw cheeses.You can taste the quality too. I enjoy all the medicinal benefits of raw honey and am glad to know it's from bees who are treated well.

I have been buying this honey for the past several years and it’s always tasty and flavorful. I know it may seem high on the price side, but, I put this at the same level as Manuka honey which is much more expensive. Highly recommended.

I like the flavor most than the manuka honey and the price is not to high. Manuka honey have a very good taste but the price is very high. I plan to buy more as zoon I finish this bottle. This is the best South America honey.

I ordered this honey because I love it’s flavor. I use it in a lots of different preparations like salad dressings, bundle cakes, as a sweetener for tea and lemonade and much more. It’s taste is wonderful, it’s really soft so you can spread it on a toast, it has a pleasant smell. Eating it straight from the jar is also allowed and enjoyed in our house!!

The taste seems artificial it’s not creamy it’s thin like water. Makes me wonder if it’s even real raw honeyShould of returned it, but just threw it out

This honey is not only delicious but it is a close to natural honey as you can get. As someone who likes their food not to include additives, preservatives, or chemicals this Ulmo Raw Honey is an obvious choice for me. From a flavor perspective, it is more delicious as processed, mass-produced honey without all the junk! Will definitely buy again.
