Can you use this to fit a roof rack to a van that doesn’t have threaded holes

Yes use the large rivnut and it will work ok the only problem will be youveleill have to seal the homes you drill unless you already have bolts in the van and this is for the rack. It will still work as the bolt goes straight through the rivnut
