Been putting this off for so long had to in the end rally good for endurance training I'm really impressed the lemon isn't that lemony the orange is nicer but they work and it's all ill use untill ironman day green tea flavour to try next

Great fueling
Great taste and gentle on the stomach. Ran a 5.5 mile run in Texas humidity and kept bonking with nothing except gels. Tried this the following week with 6.4 miles in Texas humidity, same conditions, time and temperature and felt great along the way. The powder mixes well. The scoop is pretty large so would recommend using a filter to pour.
