I honestly expected much better based on the product photos and description. The display looks professional in the ads, but in real use the quality feels cheap and unfinished. The screen brightness and picture quality are average at best, and the touch response is not very smooth or responsive. The product description makes it sound like a high-end commercial digital signage display, but the performance does not match the marketing. Wireless connection features are inconsistent, setup is more complicated than expected, and the system can feel slow or unstable at times. For the price, I expected a much more reliable and polished product. It might work for very basic use, but the advertising definitely overstates the quality and functionality. Overall pretty disappointing.

Works great. It’s easy to assemble. It’s a great value for the cost. It comes completely set up and all you have to do is turn it on. I cast my laptop to it regularly for presentations.

Love it! I set this up in my shop entrance, and customers actually stop to look at the screen. The display is bright, the touchscreen is responsive, and wireless casting works without any issues. It was easy to set up, and the quality is better than I expected. Definitely happy with this purchase!

I purchased the 15.6'' Digital Signage Display and had a problem with in within a year. I contacted support and the immediately sent out a replacement with no hassle. I received the replacement in three days! Happy with the product, loaded signage software on it and it works great.

Purchase the Echo Show 15 but it ended up being way too locked down by Amazon. This was a great alternative. It seems to work very well. But ended up returning it as I was able to get my digital home guide on my clients phone instead of on a stationary screen. Does have a very basic version of Android which has the play store. Makes it perfect for installing any app from the play store.
