These are my daily rutine ingrediant. every morning I make soymilk and these are way better than other black beans to disest and even helping regrowing my hair and keep them not to go gray. Worth it to subscribe and tasty. Just make sure to soke the beans more than 3~4 hours before you cook. Very soft texture after cook. Alway Fresh.
