Amazing sound in a tiny package!
Usually speakers this small do not sound good. I own 3 bluetooth speakers of varying sizes bought over 9 years. The EWA speaker sounds very good for its tiny size. It has decent bass and hits the mid-range and high notes with great clarity. This thing is small enough to easily fit in my pocket, purse, beach bag or even in the cupholder in a car. You can feel the little speaker pulsing with the beats. While something this tiny will never have as much deep bass as much larger, dual speaker cone models, this is a winner for size and ease of use.It appears to be well-made, came very nicely packaged with a short usb-c charging cable (same as my phone so very convenient on the go) and it's really simple to use - just one button does it all and since that button lights up - it's really easy to use at night. My other small bluetooth speaker has tiny buttons you can't see in the dark and are hard to touch because they are under the housing a bit. The weight of this EWA speaker makes it feel like a quality device. Pairing was quick and easy with my Galaxy S21+. The travel case and ring that came packaged with it are really nice to have so you can clip this to a backpack, bike, your beltloop or hang it on a tree, beach umbrella or whatever.All-around impressive little speaker for the price and size. I purchased this for use on vacation so I was looking for something that was waterproof and small enough to pack in my electronics gear case with my cords and chargers.Bonus bit of info - if you have a USB-C to USB-C phone cable, you can charge this little speaker right from your phone for extended play time. You can also play it while it's connected by USB to your phone for charging. Playback only works if the speaker has some charge on it first - if it's totally dead, allow about 15 minutes of charging to happen before playing to it while charging with your phone. The speaker has a 700 mAh battery so it only takes about 2 hours to charge from zero, but if playing while it's charging that charge time will be a bit longer - in my test it took 2.5 hours to charge while being used.

A Pocket-Sized Powerhouse: EWA A106Pro Review
If an egg could drop the bass, it would be the EWA A106Pro. This little speaker is so small, you might mistake it for a stress ball—until you turn it on and realize it has more energy than your morning espresso. The Good Stuff:✅ Shockingly Loud – For something barely bigger than a golf ball, this thing booms. It easily fills a room, making you wonder if it’s powered by some kind of dark magic.✅ Surprisingly Good Bass – Does it shake the walls? No. But for its size, the passive radiator delivers a satisfying thump that makes it feel like a real speaker, not just a tinny afterthought.✅ Simple & Stylish – No unnecessary buttons, no confusing features—just one sleek metal body with a single button. Even your technology-challenged relative could figure this out.✅ Perfect for Travel – Comes with a protective case, a carabiner for easy hanging, and fits in your pocket. Whether you’re hiking, biking, or just avoiding human interaction, this speaker is ready to go.✅ Waterproof & Durable – Accidentally drop it in water? No worries. It’s IP67 rated, so it can handle a splash (just let it dry before charging unless you like living dangerously).✅ Battery Life that Lasts – Up to 8 hours of playtime means it’ll probably outlast your party energy. The Not-So-Bad Stuff:❌ No Mic, No Frills – This is strictly a play music and shut up kind of speaker. No aux input, no voice assistant, no built-in speakerphone. But hey, at least it won’t butt-dial your boss.❌ Not for Audiophiles – If you’re expecting studio-quality sound from an $20 speaker the size of a Clementine, you might also believe in unicorns. But for everyday use? Fantastic.Final Verdict:For the price of a couple of fancy coffees, the EWA A106Pro delivers impressive sound, portability, and durability. It’s proof that good things really do come in small (and budget-friendly) packages. If you need a tiny speaker that punches way above its weight, grab this one. Just don’t be surprised when it scares your cat the first time you crank it up.

Best sound-to-size ratio I’ve found
I own a number of Bluetooth speakers. While this isn’t the first one I reach for when I need rich, room-filling sound, it does have the best sound-to-size ratio that I’ve found. If you need to pack *really* light, this little guy is a great choice. It sounds way better than your phone’s speakers, has solid battery life, and takes up close to zero space in your bag. It is made of sturdy materials and feels like a small rock when you hold it. The manufacturer seems to have squeezed as much bass as possible out of something this diminutive. It’s not a lot, but mids and highs are surprisingly bright. Perfect if you’re backpacking, flying Spirit airlines, or otherwise want the smallest decent speaker possible.

Updated;Nice looking, good price,
Updated: I figured out the volume issue was my failing phone, not the speaker. The volume is good for everyday use...not sure it would loud enough for a small gathering but for me it works really well. NOTE to reviewer with the issue with power not shutting down completely - once I turned the unit off, I turned my Bluetooth off also. When I turned Bluetooth on it only listed the unit (I'd saved it) but didn't activate the speaker! May be my wacky phone but you may want to give that a try. The power % on the unit was exactly as it was when I turned it off (i turned Bluetooth back on & left it for quite awhile to see if the speaker would activate...maybe give that a try. This unit arrived on time, well packaged. It looks really nice, nice secure travel case that you can leave the unit in & still use it. Only problem I have is the volume is WAY to low. I bought it to hear my calls, VM, & social media easier. It is louder than my old (& dying) pixel4a but not by a lot.
