Air Max Nasal Dilators Trial Pack Small & Medium with 76% More Airflow

I decided to try the Airmax Nasal Dilator Trial Pack after struggling with snoring and nasal congestion at night. I also have mild sleep apnoea, so I was looking for something that might help improve my airflow while sleeping. The trial pack was a great idea because it let me find the size that suited me best. Once I found the right fit, I noticed it gently opened my nasal passages without feeling uncomfortable. It took a night or two to get used to wearing it, but after that I barely noticed it was there. I woke up feeling like I was breathing more easily through my nose, and my partner commented that my snoring seemed to be reduced on the nights I wore it. The dilators are lightweight, comfortable, and easy to clean, and they stayed in place throughout the night. The quality is much better than I expected, and they're far more comfortable than some other anti-snoring products I've tried. While everyone's experience will be different, this has made a positive difference for me and has become part of my nightly routine. If you're looking for a non-invasive way to improve nasal airflow and potentially reduce snoring, the trial pack is definitely worth trying to find your ideal fit.

Cheap rubbish made out of silcone. No matter what size you wear its uncomfortable regardless what one. Yes they open the air ways in the nose and yes I could breathe better but it did not stop my snoring and the nasal dilator never stayed in overnight. Every morning I woke up the dilator was lost somewhere. Uncomfortable feels like two fingers in your nose when trying to sleep. Anything to prevent snoring for the mrs but I have bought three different gadgets off Amazon prime and one star for all they above!

Didn’t work that well for me I had high hopes for these but didn’t notice much difference with breathing or snoring. They’re easy enough to use, but I found them a bit uncomfortable and they didn’t stay in place that well overnight. Might work for others, but unfortunately they weren’t very effective for me.

If you’re like me and can’t keep spending £40 a month on snore strips just to be able to breath at night - this is a great alternative. I personally don’t find them as good as snore strips, but they definitely do the job, and it is more convenient and reusable Getting the right position I have found is difficult - it isn’t just as easy as put it in and you’re good to go. I find I have to put a cotton bud up my nostrils to reach the back and push it into place so that it opens my nostrils up the way I want It isn’t the most comfortable, it has made the inside of my nose bleed a tiny bit during positioning (but that could be from me scraping it or from dry air). Once it’s positioned it’s comfortable but you are aware it is there (I normally don’t notice snore strips at all). However I have no problems sleeping in this I have chronic sinusitis so struggle to breath through my nose, and this definitely does help to correct that!

I was recently diagnosed with a nose abnormality which explains my 5 year history of snoring and dry mouth during the night. Basically, an operation is out of the question due to waiting lists on the NHS because of Covid, and also would not be guaranteed to work, so the consultant recommended possibly trying nasal dilators. I have been using a snoring app which gives me a 'snore score' and together with whether I feel like I've had a better night's sleep, I've been keeping a record of which strategies and devices work. I think I've purchased every one going - or I feel like I have! The small solid bucket ones, the adjustable ones, the basket ones and now these Airmax ones. Comfort and fit? Putting them in feels completely unnatural. If you don't push them in far enough, they are just an obstacle in the nose, but if you gently twiddle with each one to make sure that the flat 'paddle' is as far back as it will go, you suddenly feel very comfortable. It takes a bit of manouevering to get it right. I find the larger size doesn't move about too much and keeps my airways open much better. The other dilators worked a little, but some created a 'whistling' sound, which was annoying, and weren't sturdy enough and dislodged during the night. The adjustable ones were pretty good and opened my airways, but annoyingly only brought my 'snore score' down slightly. Whereas these Airmax ones worked all night through, and so far have brought my 'snore score' right down to between 15 and 20 (with no devices had averaged about 50). I'm delighted with it - as regardless of the snoring, I'm not waking all night with a dry mouth and I feel like I'm getting oxygen during the night. Can thoroughly recommend so far. My only criticism is that they are pricy and I feel like I'll need a few.

Did absolutely nothing for me. The only positive is that they were comfortable and didn't bother me while sleeping. However, the strength of the internal expansion was very weak and did not provide significant pressure against the nasal cavity to open it up.

Amazing! Work as soon as you put them in ,very easy and i adapted quickly to wearing one , I’ve never been able to breath this well , very highly recommended

I got this to try and help reduce my snoring and really wanted it to work. It seemed like it would be comfortable enough to put in and sleep in, as it was soft and flexible, but I tried using it on two occasions and both times caused a sneezing fit within a minute of putting it in. Not the product for me unfortunately :(

Ich verwende den Nasenspreizer ausschließlich nachts und bin mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden. Er hilft mir spürbar dabei, besser durch die Nase zu atmen und sorgt für einen deutlich freieren Luftstrom als ohne Hilfsmittel. Im Vergleich zu Nasenpflastern oder anderen Lösungen empfinde ich ihn als eine sehr gute Alternative. Besonders positiv finde ich, dass mich der Nasenspreizer während des Schlafens kaum beeinträchtigt. Nach kurzer Zeit habe ich ihn nachts praktisch nicht mehr wahrgenommen. Zu Beginn hatte ich leichte Hautirritationen am Nasensteg. Diese haben sich jedoch nach einer gewissen Eingewöhnungszeit und gelegentlichen kurzen Tragepausen vollständig gelegt. Seitdem kann ich ihn problemlos verwenden. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden. Für mich hat sich der Nasenspreizer als einfache und wirksame Unterstützung für eine bessere Nasenatmung in der Nacht erwiesen.

Je peux désormais dormir la bouche fermée pour protéger mes dents de la sécheresse buccale et des problématiques liés à cet inconvénient. On ne sent pas ces écarteurs, une fois bien placés, donc on les oublie vite. J'ai un nez très étroit et des narines ultra fines, donc le small me convient parfaitement. J'étais septique mais l'air passe vraiment bien alors que mes narines se bouchaient tout le temps la nuit. Je recommande sérieusement !

Decidí probar este dilatador nasal porque buscaba mejorar mi descanso y reducir los ronquidos, y la verdad es que ha sido un acierto. Desde la primera noche noté que respiraba mucho mejor, sobre todo si sueles tener la nariz algo congestionada. Es cómodo, no molesta al dormir y se adapta bien sin caerse durante la noche. Algo que me sorprendió es lo sencillo que es, pero lo mucho que puede influir en la calidad del sueño. No es un producto milagro, pero sí una ayuda real si te cuesta respirar bien por la noche o si quieres descansar más profundamente. En mi caso, me levanto con sensación de haber dormido mejor y eso ya marca la diferencia. Lo recomiendo especialmente si buscas soluciones prácticas y sin complicaciones para mejorar tu descanso.
