Q: With a deviated septum, cones helped but didn't go beyond the deviation. Is this item long enough so it can open my nostrils at the deviation point?

It will help. I have found it slightly uncomfortable due to irritated nostrils and the nostril lining can become quite dry. However it does open up the airways.

Yes, this is the trial pack from Airmax nasal dilator with both sizes. We recommend to start using size small and while using you feel more airflow, try to use size medium if there is a possibility to widen the nasal passages more than size small does. The only difference between size small and medium is the width of the wings. Size medium is +1,5mm more width. Best regards, Airmax
