Why choose stainless steel bristles over brass or natural?

Stainless steel bristles offer superior durability and strength, making them ideal for tough cleaning tasks. Unlike brass or natural fibers, they maintain their shape and effectiveness longer, ensuring your oven and stone are impeccably maintained.

Is it easy to clean after use?

Cleaning is easy with these steps: use the brush after toppings or cheese have been charred in the oven; avoid scraping fresh food. Wear protective gloves, clean with warm soapy water, and dry immediately. It’s that simple!

How do I safely use the pizza oven brush?

Inspect the bristles and scraper for damage or wear before each use, and always check the pizza stone and oven after each use. If you detect any loose or damaged bristles, discontinue use immediately and replace the brush to avoid potential injury.

Can I use the pizza oven brush while the oven is hot?

We recommend waiting for the oven to cool down before use. If you need to use it while the oven is still hot, limit its time inside the oven to 3 seconds and never place it into an active flame as the product is not fireproof.

Why do the stainless-steel bristles show orange residue - are they rusting?

No, the bristles are not rusting. The orange color comes from tiny iron particles, ash, or oven debris picked up during cleaning. These particles oxidize after washing and look like rust, but the stainless-steel bristles remain intact.
