I love wicker and own probably 10+ items that I obtained from The Basket Lady. This trashcan is the most recent purchase and I chose it because of the design. It’s opening prevents my dog from being able to remove anything or dig around in there at all. In fact, the wicker is so sturdy and beautiful that I ended up purchasing an additional one for the downstairs area.

This is a genius invention!!! Basically, a garbage can with a lovely wicker cover on top to prevent your beloved pet from diving and stealing tissues. Like a charm and very attractive

top notch quality!!! love that there is a hole on the can to throw trash away and you don't have to push a flap open and get everyone else's germs on you.

The basket part of this is very nice. The metal liner is thin and flimsy. Came out of shape.

This is just as pictured and described, except Basket Lady must have been reading comments and changed the metal insert to oval, instead of round, to fit the basket just perfectly. It is well made and sturdy.

Just what I was looking for. I wanted something that would look good in the bathroom as well as keep the dogs from digging in the trash, as they seen attracted to the tissues. This fits the bill! It can be a little bit of a tug of war get the basket off to change the bag on the can within, you can't be in a rush to do it. If this problem were eliminated with just a tad bit more space, I would give it a 5 star rating.

I have been looking for a new trash can for our master bath for a long time. We originally had an enamel can with a removable top. This new trash can has the metal can underneath the wood covering. This enables one to place a trash bag inside without being seen. It has a unique design and I am very pleased. Attractive and functional.
