I have been taking these gummies for only month, and I already notice a difference in how I feel. I take this vitamin E gummy 3 times a day (which is the recommended does) one with breakfast, one with lunch and one with dinner (it's easier on the stomach with a meal) and I have been sleeping better/more relaxed. I take these gummies with a COQ10 and fish oil gummy and no side effects from combining. I actually feel more energy. Other gummies I have purchased are more expensive and taste bad :-(
