I have been purchasing lighting for my gf lately because she does YouTube videos, and so she has been on me about some ring lights. After much research, I decided to buy this one because of the affordable price tag, and the size. She already has a lighting set of soft boxes, and another smaller ring light I recently bought from Zomei as well, which she really likes, but figured that she needed a larger one to complete the set. She uses it mostly for her videos, but I do photography, and have used it a few times and was pretty impressed at the light it gives off. It does a nice job as a light source that faces your subject, whether for video's or photography. Of course the way you choose to use it to get your desired effect, is up to you, but the standard use for these types of lights, is for the camera to be placed in the center of the light, as it illuminates the subject. She liked the light so much, that she did a video review of it for her channel, as she often does when she gets something new that she appreciates. I attached the review for those who might be interested in the ring light for the type of application that she uses it for, which I assume is most of you looking at this listing. All in all, it was well worth the money, is dimmable, comes with an orange light cover to change the color temperature, if that is something you want to do, has a carrying case, stand and a power cable. As with most of these types of products, it has a plastic construction, and seems fairly durable, though I wouldn't test that by drop kicking it or anything foolish like that. Like I said, I tend to go with Zomei products, because they have a lower price point, but in my experience that doesn't mean they are of lesser quality to the competition.

This ring light surpasses the price. I had been looking for a ring light for videos and photos and this was an amazing find. Under $100 I was not expecting much to be honest but when I recieved it I was shook!!! It’s super easy to assemble, no screws or power tools needed. You can choose to have either natural light (daylight) or white light, plus the brightness. It also comes with a bag which is amazing specially for vlogging and photography. It comes with 3 levels of highet so that’s a plus. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a good quaility ring light for under $100.

I wasn't expecting much for the price, but this really isn't bad at all. It feels a little flimsy so time will tell, but it comes with everything you need (other than the smartphone!) and it all goes in a nice case, too. Except the light stand… I'm not sure that actually fits in the case. That said the light stand is the cheapest part of it and I think I'll use a different one. The light itself is quite bright, and at max brightness indoors it's almost too bright, so that's awesome. It comes with a CTO (orange) ring for matching tungsten light, which I don't know where you'd really need something that temp, but it's there if you need it (or want to pretend you're shooting at sunset!). The light isn't pure in color (it doesn't have a high CRI) but that's no surprise for a cheap LED. If you are using a smartphone, it'll adjust the WB just fine. If you're using a proper camera, auto WB will work but you can do a custom WB and totally negate the color shift.Again conclusion is it's a good value. You can spend a lot more and get little extra, so if you're in the market for a simple ring light LED for selfie or youtube videos, give it a shot!

If you are looking for a ring light, this is it. It comes with everything you need, and it has a removable center mount post for a cell phone. My only real complaint about this kit is the light stand. It has a thread on the top of the post (see photo) so the light cannot sit flush on the stand. This makes the light a little wobbly, and also makes it lean a little forward on the stand. This is easily correctable with the adjustment on the light itself. But a flat top post works much better. Other than that, I dig this set up. it comes with a bag, cell phone mounts, stand, filter, it's dimmable and it comes with a bag to carry it all in! I've passed on several ring lights in the past because the price was high, and the kit was small. but this pretty much has you covered to get to shooting or filming right out of the box!

This is my first time writing a comment on the amazon product that I bought. I wrote this comment only because it is amazing! I really love this! I bought this light intending for some video and photo shooting. First of all, this can be compReese’s into a bag big light, so it is really convenient to carry around with me. You can change the angle of the light in whatever way you want, it is very flexiable. Adding to that, The part I love the most is its stylist, it is a really beautiful thing to put in your living room which would make your house seem more fashion! Talking about the light itself, there are two colors you can choose from, a white light and a yellow light, and you can change the color of the lights by simply getting rid of the light filter thing from it. White light is perfect for photo shooting while the yellow light is better for you to put when you are studying or reading a book. I have bought many products on Amazon, and this light is one of my favorite. But it! You won’t be disappointed. Trust me😉😉
