Creative Cuisine by Grant Uno Sous Vide Controller, White

I bought this at a much lower price than the original price ($149?). I find it very good, used with a "dumb" slow cooker (smart pots that reset themselves if you switch them off and on aren't suitable). It has the advantage over the usual sous-vide immersion circulator that you can cook without a bag, as well; e.g., put cubes of meat with sauce directly in the pot. It is very easy to use, and maintains temperature surprisingly stable after a few minutes to "learn".
