If you have issues with sleeping, try this! I pair it Luna melatonin and my sleep issues are gone. They worked great to cure my jet lag when traveling to the Mediterranean and I use them every night since I can sometimes get insomnia or have trouble falling back to sleep if I wake up.

Works to decrease wakeups and increase deep sleep
I often wake up in the night and have a partner who tosses and turns. I’ve tried everything. Taking two of these (I'd start with one) before bed and I sleep great. I can tell on my sleep tracker I get way more deep sleep than I used to. I also use an eye mask and bose sleepbuds set to ocean waves. Life changing.

I have tried every version of valerian and this is the ONLY one that helps me fall asleep especially upon waking in the middle of the night.

Odor fades
I'm not a valerian connoisseur but this seems to do the trick; furthermore I've noticed that if you transfer these capsules to a daily pill organizer, after a couple days the disgusting valerian smell actually mellows to a nice herbal sweetness. I'm not sure if powder capsules would do that but I'm afraid to try for fear of ruining them; these seem to retain their potency after the smell fades, maybe (or maybe not) because they're solid. If they come back I'll buy more.

What has happened to their Valerian Root?
Why did they do away with the non-extract version of valerian root? This one is way overpriced and it has dicalcium phosphate, and magnesium stearate?This can’t even be considered a healthy supplement. I would never spend this much money for something that’s loaded with fillers and not near as healthy as the product they had before. Please see my attached photos and see how pure their product used to be.

Really works!!!
This product really works. Some days I have a hard time sleeping and this product relaxes me and I can sleep throughout the night. The best thing is I don't wake up groggy. This product is amazing for people like me that can't take any night medication or other sleeping pills because it messes up my nervous system.
