Disappointed – Damaged
⭐☆☆☆☆ Really disappointed with this product. It arrived scratched, and the items were tied together with a rubber band. I have returned it.

No software support means it will stop working!
Do not buy! I bought this in August of 2025 and it had worked beautifully, but firmware updates are no longer available. It suddenly stopped printing properly on 3x4 labels (which are 90% of what I use) by cutting off the bottom half an inch. I have adjusted all of my settings and uninstalled and reinstalled the printer, to no avail. Customer support informed me that this is happening because drivers and firmware are no longer updated. Even though the printer still works, I can't use it. Don't waste your time or money!!!
