I don’t know how it compares to other headsets, but I have always found it to be comfortable enough for a couple of hours without issue. I know that there’s a strap you can buy if you find that it slips during high movement games or depending on your head shape. Library(4.5/5): Taking into consideration the games coming out this year and the fact that this headset probably has at least two more years of content coming to it. I’m happy to say that most of you will be happy with the library! The only issue here is that it doesn’t have Half Life: Alyx. But, given the new PC adapter you find access to two PC (Steam)! Ease of use/installation(5/5): If you use this on PlayStation, there is like ZERO setup (aside from initial or compared to some PC headsets). It also runs at a consistent 120 fps in the games that I have played it on, which is mainly Arizona Sunshine 1 & 2, GT7, Metro: Awakening, Beat Saber, and No Mans Sky! The original PSVR was for the PS4. The VR2 can't run in PS4 but the PSVR (original) can run in the PS5 with an adaptator for the PS4 camera (it uses 2 USB ports in the PS5, one for the camera and other to control the video box). **Q: Do you have to have a ps5 to run the vr?** A: Yes. **Q: I guess ill have to buy the controller charging dock separatley but what about the vr headset. does it operate like the ps 4 vr headset?** A: Operationally, the PSVR2 works similarly to the original with a few differences: (1) The IPD is adjusted by a dial, supported by the guide on the PS5; (2) Connects via a single high-speed USB-C cable to the front of the PS5; (3) On the technical side, it has higher resolution, eye tracking, and a simple configuration system. My recommendation is that you get a good brand charger (with at least 4 USB ports) and charge the controllers via a cable (the charger is very fancy, but it costs several times more); I confirm that it is not very uncomfortable and you save money.
