Excellent Ramp In Every Way!
Very pleased with this 5โ ramp. Railings strong and do not wobble. Underside welding braces make it very sturdy. Fits on porch to driveway perfect. Much better than expected and price very good for what you get including free shipping. I trip on my porch steps often due to extreme neuropathy in my legs and feet and now no longer have to worry about it. Easy to put together just have to pay attention to direction of rails.

Very sturdy and quality ramp.
We had to do a little creative work to attach the ramp to the house, but that is an individual challenge, nothing to do with the ramp itself. Ramp is sturdy and my husband feels secure on the corregated tread both walking holding the rails and with his walker. The ramp is attractive which was important to us as it provides access from the living room to a large screened in porch which is used by family, friends and visitors. One person did the assembly for our 6 foot ramp and found the directions easy to follow. It took about two hours start to finish but a lot of that time was the house attachment trial and error! The door clearance did not allow us to attach it to the threshold directly. We created a face piece that was secured to the house and then secured the ramp to that face piece using the holes predrilled to the upper end of the ramp. We also bought a 3 foot model for a step down from a walkway outdoors. Took about 15 minutes since we were experts at that point. Only notable - the end caps do not stay on (this was noted in other reviews so not a surprise). A dab of glue fixes it. Also our hans were black from working with the aluminum rails so will find a way to remedy this. Perhaps with pool noodles which will add some fun color. We jusr installed the ramps a few days ago but from first impression, they appear to be of good quality, sturdy and safe and we are pleased with them. Delivery was considerably earlier than expected and they were packed well.

Very pleased. Would've liked more info, so I am providing some here.
Our 7-foot ramp with handrails was easily handled by two sixty-something guys. I believe the reported weight was approximately 80 pounds. It shipped in a flat cardboard carton on a pallet -- awkward to handle, but not high-effort -- probably 84" x 40+" x 7" plus the pallet depth. The ramp portion was fully assembled. The handrails (two pre-assembled) and four handrail brackets were installed by us. The completed assembly would not have fit through our 36" entry doorway. It went through there as a flat ramp assembly, followed by two handrail assemblies. We drilled two holes in our threshold for retaining pins. We had a fitment issue at the doorway due to the situation. This was OUR problem, not the manufacturer's. Note: All "data" in this review is from memory or is estimated. The ramp is not at my current location or I would measure. This is the only time I will have to write this review, so it's now or never. I think the numbers here are pretty close. This ramp installation is about two weeks old at this writing. One goal of this review is provide useful info that may otherwise be unavailable. Our ramp is installed indoors in a situation similar to one of those pictured in the product info. There is a doorway (formerly exterior) with a step down to a "stoop" which is 36" front to rear, then another step down to the lower surface. A nominally 7-foot ramp cleared the "nose" of the "stoop" by a little over an inch. This clearance is subject to the height of each step and the depth of the stoop. For those who want more info, I think our steps were about 7.5" rise/drop for the top step and about 4+" for the lower step. As I recall, the actual ramp material is an inch or so above the bottom of the structural members running along each side and beneath the ramp. Depending on your situation, this may be a relevant concern. Working out the how the ramp fits THIS TYPE OF SITUATION is a deceptively complex calculation for maximum accuracy, so your mileage may vary. Comment: The ramp's top surface is the reference point. But it's the bottom of the ramp that clears the "stoop." The bottom side of the upper transtion lies on the upper step and supports the upper end of the ramp. The lower end of the ramp structure rests on the lower surface. Our surfaces are flat, level floors. Outdoor terrain may complicate this. If the ramp won't clear the "stoop" you need a longer ramp. Do you have space for a longer ramp? We had some extra space, but really didn't want a longer ramp. I couldn't get detailed dimensions or a drawing from the manufacturer. I was told I pay would shipping to return the ramp, so I would have liked to have had that data. We estimated from pictures of the ramp and it fit. The lack of info would have gotten this a 4.5 star rating if that were an option. The refusal to provide info almost got the ramp a 4 star rating, but I'm having a good day and the ramp fit our application. Overall, we're pretty pleased. The ramp assembly includes a short, fixed transition section at the top which is angled slightly downward relative to the ramp surface and a longer transition section at the bottom which is attached in such a way that it swings up and down through a short arc in order to "automatically" adjust for different ramp slopes, which depends on the vertical drop over the horizontal length of the ramp. I suggest considering the upper transition as non-adjustable for angle. These transition sections are included in the length specification for the ramp. In other words, the stated length is an overall length for the entire ramp ASSEMBLY, transitions included. The length of the actual ramp surface is shorter. The transitions can be thought of as extensions to the ramp surface. Our 7-foot ramp is a few inches over 6 feet for the actual ramp portion. Our formerly exterior door was a little narrow for the upper transition piece. It has a metal threshhold. It took about an hour with hand tools to rectify this width issue. We could have slid the ramp back a bit for an immediate solution, but didn't like that option as we wanted maximum bearing on the threshold. On the other hand, the ramp width is a full 36" measured at the open walking surface. Overall width measured at the outside of the handrail assemblies is greater than 36". I am guessing that the handrail width (or diameter) is 2 to 2.5" for each handrail, so 40" or more overall width. The surface of the ramp is ribbed. It seems quite non-slip, but is uncomfortable for our bare feet. Those who go barefoot outdoors may not be concerned. It seems likely to me that you will save some time and maybe some frustration if you read the instructions. Particularly those on handrail installation. On our ramp, the handrail mounting brackets used one fastener for each bracket and NOT in the center hole. The handrails are not quite symmetrical by design and need to be oriented correctly. Don't worry about the single fastener for each siderail bracket being sufficient. The brackets engage the side rails for strength and the fasteners are mainly retainers. The fasteners are absolutely NECESSARY, but are not the main source of strength. We received the exact number of required fasteners, including two pins to keep the upper end of the ramps from moving horizontally. Initially, our ramp was a little noisy for indoors, but as expected, it seems to have settled in and "taken a set" which is substantially quieter. Other reviewers are correct about the fit (lack of) of the plastic bits. There are round caps for the ends of the handrails and triangular covers for the ends of the support rails at each end of the ramp. Suggestions for the rail covers: 1. Two-sided tape under the caps. 2. One or more laps of (single-sided) tape at the rail ends to increase the diameter of the rails for a better cap fit. 3. Tape the caps to the rails with a lap of tape overlapping the cap and rail. 4. Some reviewers suggest liquid adhesives. Two-sided tape seems to work on the triangular caps. The entire assembly had a light coating of dust. Our hands were black during installation. I am uncertain whether the aluminum has any protective coating. We'll have to wait to see if corrosion is an issue. As our ramp is indoors, hopefully this will be a small concern. The current plan is to wipe down the handrails regularly. The final word: We were forced by circumstances to make quick desicions on this project. I am relieved and pleased by how it all turned out. I would call installation pretty easy. FYI, I am a do-it-yoursefer, but this really was easy. Many buyers won't have to do any fitment work and will just set the ramp in place and install the handrails, or vice versa.

Good quality! Very happy!
Originally expected to arrive in one to two weeks, but only took about 4 days! I installed this today for my sister and her daughter. Feels good and solid. Super glued the protective caps, but that's fine. Exactly the right parts needed, with instructions, which I never completely use (with just me, a 66 year old male by myself), it shouldn't have taken as long as it did without the directions, I put one rail on backwards. I drilled two holds in the concrete with a 1/4" masonry bit, and it came with two pins that fit perfectly. They are supposedly for 'temporary' support, but I'm confident to leave it as it is. I put a jack stand under the middle for extra support at the center of gravity, although it seems pretty secure as is. It's just if more than a couple of heavy people walk on it at the same time, it could push the 800 lbs limit. Overall, we are very happy so far. It is well worth the money. Now if she can get the dogs not to be spooked by it, everything will be perfect:)

Worth the money
This ramp was fairly easy to assemble and works great even in the winter when snow is on it. I would definitely recommend it. So helpful for moving heavy items into house and for our old dog.

Aluminum ramp is well build
Well build and easy to install, but came with out 4 end caps for the railings trying to find more at hardware store

Strong ramp, watch your slope.
Very pleased with this ramp. Installation was a little tricky due to the cofiguration of the steps and doorway height. Be prepared to improvise depending on your situation. Once installed the ramp was great. The ramp is strong and very well made. The railings are a must have for secure use. Pay close attention to the slope you'll be creating as this can make all the difference when it comes to pushing a wheelchair up the ramp.
