This ice maker is perfect for what we needed it to be - makes ice fast and the perfect size. Unfortunately, about 6 months after purchasing, there was an issue where the ice wasn't dropping into the bin. I reached out to customer support, and they have been amazing. They responded quickly to help me resolve this issue, first giving me troubleshoot instructions, and now by sending me a replacement unit.

Bought this for supplying ice for a two day event and worked great! Easy set up, easy to change jugs, and easy to clean.

Machine has been working great for about 6 months, did have an issue with a breakdown recently. Reached out to customer service, they are sending me a new machine. No hassle and easy communication. Good customer service is always appreciated.

We received this icemaker so quickly and it looks great in our kitchen. Seems to produce ice very efficiently. However we did have an issue with the control panel on the front. It keeps glitching and we can’t make adjustments to the lights or size of cubes, etc. but we reached out to the company and they have been great. They are sending a new unit and have been very quick on their response time. Great customer service!
