is this thick or thin spaghetti? looking for thicker pasta for hearty sauces

This is thin spaghetti. It's the best and was recommended to me by one of the leading Italian chefs here in Naples, FL. All of their pasta is wonderful.

Is this pasta bronze die cut and slow dried?

Artisanal Manufactured by mixing durum wheat semolina and cold spring water. Slow cold mixing, round bronze-die cutting, slow and static low temperature drying.

What is the recommended cook time for your spaghetti?

I have cooked it and it takes at least 10-12 minutes. Check it at 10. Needs to be almost a full boil.
