Perfect for pies
The bag could have been bigger. But the quality was excellent I baked several pies with it. I recommend you store it in d freezer so the oils donโt go rancid on you cause it will unlike all purpose that stores well. A nutty taste to w the right amount of butter n you can tell d difference from all purpose flour

Best flour
This flour is amazing. Love that itโs whole wheat and it makes very light, fluffy muffins and breads.

Nice, but not a 1-1 substitute to white flour
This flour works great as a lighter and milder tasting form of whole wheat flour but it still behaves as whole wheat flour in terms of having a higher tendency for being dense/less soft, albeit a bit less than darker whole wheat flour. It is important not to expect it will behave exactly like white flour. That having been said, it is a healthier alternative to white flour and worth trying out.

Good Product - Good Size Option
The flour was fresh and great for baking. I like the 32 oz bag because I don't use tons of whole wheat pastry flour, and this small bag stays fresh for a few months in an airtight container.

Great for tart shells
I use this along with regular flour for my tart shells, bot savory and sweet for an really crispy shell everytime.

Great stuff.
