Designed with input from elite Gozney pizza chefs, the Pro is tuned specifically to the needs of pizza-makers who want to create their best pizza. A fully perforated blade allows maximum flour dispersion, completely minimizing the chance of excess flour accumulating on the bottom of the pizza and burning during your cook. The blade’s rounded shape helps you shape a perfect circle every time. The chiseled shape of the aluminum handle has angled sides for a confident grip and a curved underside so the peel slides freely through the hand when launching pizza. The fully aluminum construction provides lightweight comfort and overall responsiveness, creating a seamless extension of the chef’s arm – giving you the edge to reach your pizza-creating potential. Review: Satisfecho - Si era lo que esperaba, ligera y si despega la masa al momento de colocarla en el horno. Valió la compra Review: Disappointed for sure - broken within 2 wks of owning it - Handle is broken at throat, with cracked aluminum! Was a really nice pizza peel the first time I used it - uncooked pizza is easy to slide on and off and the unit is nice and light. I upgraded from a generic perforated metal pizza peel that was very difficult to get the pizza off and into the oven. Have a smaller turning peel that I use for in the oven turning. Having to send it back and cannot get a replacement right now. Not sure if I will repurchase or not. ## Features - Standard (12” pizza) blade size - Replaceable handle - Strong, lightweight aluminum blade, profiled aluminium handle - Durable Ocean Bound Plastic Certified Recycled plastic hanging loop ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0CZF4XHHG | | Blade Material | Aluminium | | Brand | Gozney | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 33 Reviews | | Handle Material | Aluminium | | Item Highlight | For pizzas up to 12", Strong and Lightweight Aluminum Blade, Replaceable Handle with Angled Sides for a Confident Grip | | Item Weight | 1.1 Pounds | | Manufacturer | Gozney | | Manufacturer Part Number | AD1777 | | Model number | outdoor-kitchen-ovens | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Blade Material:** Aluminium - **Brand:** Gozney - **Handle Material:** Aluminium - **Item Weight:** 1.1 Pounds - **Manufacturer:** Gozney - **Net Quantity:** 1 Count - **Number of Items:** 1 - **Number of Packs:** 1 ## Images ![12" Pro Pizza Placement Peel with Fully Perforated Aluminum Blade - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51N-bkiYD8L.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Satisfecho *by R***C on 7 June 2026* Si era lo que esperaba, ligera y si despega la masa al momento de colocarla en el horno.
