It actually seals small holes!
Our 105 year old house with a stone/concrete foundation saw an increasing amount of water in the basement. Drylok paint/sealer has been an important part of eliminating water seeping in after significant rainstorms. On the larger openings I applied Drylok masonry caulking also.So far so good!
