I loved this Celtic sea salt. It has a pure and slightly mineral flavor that enhances any food without being too salty. You can tell that it is a natural product and of good quality. In addition, the resealable bag is very practical and keeps the salt fresh and dry. An excellent option for those looking for a healthier condiment!

I used to buy this at Whole Foods, but they only sell the gray Celtic salt now. I was happy to find it on Amazon. This one is my top favorite salt and is often hard to find, and not always available even on Amazon. It's expensive, but this little bag actually lasts quite a long time, probably a year given how I use it. I don't cook with it, but it sprinkle it on eggs or veggies at the table. I put the salt in a salt cellar and use it that way, so you pinch out a bit rather than shake it on your food. This Flower of the Ocean version is different from the others, and I love it, it has a very subtle salt flavor that is lovely.

I use this salt for my hydration needs and blood pressure needs. It is the purist form of salt I do believe there is. I also add to my food which really enhances the flavor!
