Katbite 8x8 Inch Parchment Paper Sheets 200 PCS, Unbleached and Nonstick

I’ve gone through a lot of parchment paper over the years, and the Katbite 8x8 Unbleached Parchment Sheets have become an absolute staple in my kitchen. I use them specifically for making my own protein bars, and they’ve exceeded every expectation. These sheets hold up beautifully in the freezer—no tearing, no sticking, no weird texture changes. Once the bars are set, they lift right out with zero effort, which makes batching and cutting so much easier. Cleanup is exactly what I want it to be: a complete non-event. I ordered the 8x8 parchment baking sheets and they are perfect for my use and the quality is great. I only give 4 stars because the box opening was not perforated and I had to rip the box to get it open.

These worked well. I even used them on a plate when stacking cooked food in two layers to prep for freezing, and that worked great, too. I haven't used them yet for baked goods, am looking forward to good results there, too.

Great product with absolutely no sticking. I've used several Katbite bleached and unbleached baking paper products, and the unbleached varieties are great.
