I’m not a huge meat eater and I am in no way a lifter or cardio queen, nor am I looking to bulk up or loose weight, but know I needed more protein in an easy to consume, quick fashion. This is a super light, refreshing protein that mixes amazingly into water. It does foam, which settles in about 10-15 minutes to a crystal clear liquid. Smell is slightly tart, but goes down smoothly! I use my voltrx bottle and spin it for 20 seconds then let it sit, see photos for evidence at just after mixing, 5 and 10 min later. No blending, milk measuring, ice crushing, or extra steps involved, just water and the bottle, and after daily use for a week I’m happy! No upset stomach! I’ve been adding a scoop a day and I’m left feeling great, with an easy extra 20g of protein!

Overall, pretty great product. I was looking for an isolate option to mix things up, as I can only have so many egg white shakes a day before I don't want to see another egg white. I especially like that someone made a protein powder without all of the extra fillers, weight gainers, and maltodextrin that a lot of powders have. This won't leave you feeling bloated like most powders. Just whey isolate, a bit of flavoring, and a little stevia basically. Now on to the not-so-positive: the flavor isn't exactly what I expected as I hoped it would be more potent (I got tropical punch) and it does have a bit of a quirky flavor when it first hits your pallette. That said, there's not much of an aftertaste, just a little one, and it's mostly just fruity. Whey is a potent flavor and they don't use extra sugar/other bs, so I'm pretty forgiving in this area as it's not bad at all overall flavor wise. People overly critical about the flavor are being unrealistic, or just aren't cutting them any slack knowing they only use a few ingredients. Lastly, on to how well it mixes... VERY WELL. People complaining about it not mixing or being a bottle of foam are doing a couple things wrong. They either aren't using enough cold water (I use 11oz to be safe), or are not waiting long enough after shaking vigorously, or both. It always blows my mind, after shaking it I always have what looks like a giant bottle of foam, but after waiting a few minutes, the foam comes down and you are left with what looks like colored water. Just be patient.

I bought this as a clear protein supplement to increase my protein intake in the summer without having to drink milky protein drinks, which I don't like. I've had a lot of different clear proteins in my day. This one is alright.... The first sip is "wow this is actually really good!" but by the time I finish my shaker (1 serving), the bitterness becomes very overwhelming and it is no longer an enjoyable flavor. I've tried mixing it with more water or less water. I've found the best solution is to just do as little as possible, and as cold as possible. Then it becomes reasonable and is on the good side of tolerable. Here's what I do:First, get yourself an electronic mixer. Basically is a mini blender made for mixing powders. I like the VOLTRX one here on Amazon.Mix 10oz of cold water with 1 level scoop of powder, blend until properly mixed. Add a few (4-5) ice cubes once it is blended together. Wait for the foam to settle down, this goes faster if you remove the lid. Takes about 3-4 minutes. Once the foam is gone, drink up by taking large sips often. I've not found it to be a good idea to CHUG clear protein. Don't let it sit around, it will separate and get gross.Tl;dr: Flavor: ok but pretty bitter by the end, mixing properties: good, protein amount per caloric content: excellent. I'll probably try another flavor, even considering the bitterness. Hopefully this helps someone not need as much trial and error as I did in order to make this powder taste decent.

Doesn’t really taste like fruit punch. More like pink lemonade but it is clear and not thick. It’s refreshing. So much better than those thick pasty shakes
