My favorite new travel bag. Incredibly rugged and spacious. The external pockets make this bag incredibly useful. The bag feels strong and can take a beating. Used it to travel across the US and even in lasted on old European cobble stone streets. Only wish it didn’t tip over due to the computer sleeve being in the front. Overall a great bag.

I have not yet traveled with this, but I've filled it with my various electronics and sample 4-day clothing/toiletries and it's just really satisfying, feels like great overall quality and durability, as well as being very versatile. This is replacing a (very nice) High Sierra rolling backpack that I've enjoyed over the years, but that High Sierra has some limitations (as far as design--curved across the top--which does look more like a "regular" backpack, but limits capacity) and I needed a bit more space, as well as better solutions for outside-the-pack accessories. A few notes: see my closeup of the place where the top of the backpack meets the bottom: there's a hook-loop gusset that can be peeled back to allow for fully-opened lid, which is nice. Overall, these "tactical" systems are really great for their exterior hook/loop options, and I have two different accessories attached (one is for a water bottle/phone, one for travel docs) and the whole thing works very well. I think this will be my solution for several years to come. The backpack straps tuck away nicely and are comfortable (I use a cross-strap in this configuration) with a pretty full backpack. The telescoping handle is surprisingly solid, compared to the High Sierra. I'll revisit the review after a couple of trips, just so there's some more real-world testing for what--for now--seems like a great value for the money, and a super versatile, low-weight backpack or carryon option.

I needed a bag for a two-day trip to Las Vegas where I would be at a trade show. I wanted to be able to have a bunch of samples with me but didn't want to roll a suitcase on the floor. This bag has TONS of utility. It fit perfectly under the seat on the airplane and it was much more professional than rolling a suitcase to meetings. I had plenty of room for my clothes and personal items. Taking samples out for potential clients was very easy and the bag looked very professional. The wheels rolled great on carpeting, tile floors and even the sidewalk. I'm really glad I found it.

Good quality, but I feel space is not completely optimized.

Hands down the best piece of travel luggage I’ve ever used. Compact but spacious and a smart design to fit everything I need securely and accessibly. Love that the straps can tuck in but still be exposed for grabbing on the go, AND you can still roll it with the back pack straps being accessible. Took it with me on travels across India, on several planes cross the world, didn’t have any problems fitting it in any space on my flights or busses. And it was still big and sturdy enough to stack my other bags on it for easy rolling. Love love love it!

Works great!!! I use it as my pedalboard case. I perform on cruise ships and the wheels are great quality and roll easy to my sets every night and fits perfectly as a personal item to go under your seat on plane

Good backpack, arrived promptly, was practical and cool looking

First backpack retractable handle stopped working in days since the purchase. Second one arrived already damaged...zipper on the main compartment on the bottom corner. First return was nice and easy to Kohls store with option to get new item. When new item arrived, it was damaged right on the arrival as I mentioned it earlier. Now I have to drop it off at Staples store and no option to order third one, hopefully not trashed. Not happy with any of the experience here.

Me encanta mi mochila. La utilizo para ir al trabajo. El único problema fue cuando la utilice para viaje. Como tiene ruedas, no me permitieron subirla. Eso me parece muy mal.

Seems quite well made and has good utility. Compact size should be suitable as carry-on personal item even on budget airlines.
