We started off with level 1. Level 2 has great stories, longer sentences. Colorful. Super fun. Good for 1st grade, 2nd grade.

BEST book series for kids who love cars (anything with wheels)! My 5 year old was jumping for joy when he got three of these books for birthday. We adults love them too. The stories are great, the rimes are great, the illustrations are amazing, the characters are very cute and lively! Hamster and his best friend HUGE DOG? How can you not want to follow their adventures? We talk and discuss the story, the boy asks the questions about cars and engines in general.

Good value

This is our 2nd Hot Rod Hamster and we love them. This book is smaller in size, which is nice, it travels better. It has great rhythm and my son loves to read it over & over.
