Yo soy talla 30-32 y tal y como lo indica la descripción es unitalla y me quedó excelente, con un ajuste perfecto, ya usandolo me doy cuenta que me provee el soporte de espalda baja que necesito, en mi caso lo uso para evitar lesiones al mover a un adulto mayor y creo me será de mucha utilidad. Finally my wait is over ,i've had a Muller back brace before recomended by my physio ,years ago but it was wearing out ,so i took the plunge and ordered a different drand,what a dissapointment they were ok but the wrap around straps were not up to standard ,and the so called velcro type sticky straps were not very secure so i went and ordered Again The Muller Back Brace, and one size fits all proper Velcro wrap arond straps that Don't come off no gaps in the straps ,sorry this is long winded but happy again al last . ps The Order deos take a long time to come through so be patient

Great value product, comfortable and highly effective, set and forget you are wearing it, while it does its job perfectly. One size fits all, and more than that, you can vary the snuggly fit as you like. Bought it as a protective back warmer for the colder winter months, while sited for many hours a day at my computer desk, it works perfectly. Very happy with my choice, highly recommended.

Very good for sports

I have a mildly herniated disc from kickboxing/jiu jitsu in my lower lumbar. In between physio, I needed something to support my day to day activities. This back brace fit the bill and at a reasonable price, too. I am 135lbs with a 30 inch waist, and because of the double wrap functionality, I can cinch the brace from comfortable to boa constrictor with ease. After about a month of solid use, the velcro is starting to show signs of wear due to how tight I have to pull it, but I'm confident it will last for several more months of extreme squeezage. In addition, I now feel extreme sympathy for women who have worn or who have to wear corsets on a regular basis. Back to reality, the springs in the back provide rigid support, preventing me from bending too far forward or backward, and the fit is sleek enough to be invisible under a normal t-shirt/dress shirt. Because of the springs propensity to dig in IF you lie on your back, I wouldn't recommend the brace as a sleeping aide (although, I used it for a single night). The product is more of a help you get through your day sort of aide. I've also used it somewhat frequently in my car; however, I recommend a simple Lumbar Pillow for that function. If you are of a shape that does not fit into the average spectrum of North Americans, go to a medical supplies store and size the product in person. You'll save yourself a lot of grief and get to try a number of similar products in succession. All in all, it's a solid product.
