Used it on my DeWALT Battery Powered Snow Shovel. It did the job! Battery lasted for a better part of an hour in 10 inch snow depth. Note sure how long it would have continued because the job was completed (it was down to one bar however). I chose the flex volt as I have been eying a few tools that require 60 volt. So, now I'm ready for that eventuality. I would (and probably will) buy another one. DeWALT batteries are top notch quality in my opinion. Review: Big but great - Large battery but works great for sawzall, circular saw, and grinder. Had it in my impact for a bit and loved the extra battery life but can definitely notice the extra weight.

Big but great

Yes, worth it!!
I've been using these batteries to power a DEWALT 60V MAX* FLEXVOLT Leaf Blower, Cordless, Handheld, 125-MPH, 600-CFM, Tool Only (DCBL772B) to move leaves from about 1 acre of yard. I have been getting about 15-18 mins of use at a full power blower setting. I can notice a very slight higher energy level from the blower than when using the 6.0Ah battery and obviously a longer battery life. The weight is noticeably different than the 6.0Ah battery, however it was well balance and very manageable. Not in any way creating excess fatigue. In light of the fact that I'm using these to clear the leaves (alot, maybe a zillion leaves; or at least it would seem like that) the duration of power is appreciable and allows me more time to take a power nap or snack to fill the time it takes to achieve another full charge (1.5-2hours). I'd buy another although expensive. Get a couple of 6.0Ah batteries to support projects without so much cost.

Sustained Output
I purchased this for my leaf blower. I tried using the 20 volt battery to power it. However, the 20 volt battery wouldn’t power the the leaf blower well enough to power the leaf blower very long and would drain the battery too fast. With this battery, I was to use the leaf blower significantly longer than I was able to with the 20 volt battery.
