Does do well with app.
As a stand alone bike computer it is good. But at the price for a stand alone computer it is really expensive and there are others out there on the market that are cheaper. I say stand alone because when I connect it to my android phone it just has a spinning 0 on the screen forever. If I turn the bluetooth off the computer goes back to normal. So at this price I would expect it to work with a android phone. The quality is good, the screen brightness is nice, and overall it is easy to use. I was able to install it rather quickly. Overall accuracy seems to be spot on and the display is a good size. The not connect to a phone is the real bummer here. And the cateye app doesn't sync with strava
