"Mine came with the Nexus bridge and a pair of shoes in the box, so no surprises there. I hooked it up with my Quest 2 and an average Windows desktop — nothing high-end — and it worked fine once I got everything linked. The software setup wasn't too complicated either. You do need to be a little patient, but I didn’t need a fancy gaming rig or anything like that. Just make sure you’ve got Windows and some basic USB ports and you should be good."

I had some tracking issues early on and emailed support. What impressed me was that they didn’t just send a canned response — someone actually checked in a couple of days later to see if the problem was resolved. It’s rare to see that kind of service these days. Once I got everything working, the experience has been great. It’s not plug-and-play, but the team behind it clearly wants users to succeed.
