HOYA 67mm NXT Plus UV Filter Schott B270 Glass HMC Multi-Coated Waterproof

Hoya never disappoints. Good clean glass at a reasonable price. I bought this filter because the one that was on my lens got scratched. Filter did its job and protected my lens.

Filter fits snugly on the lens. Primary purpose is to protect the lens and it should do a good job of that.

This is a great quality UV filter. I considered a less expensive brand, but decide to go with the Hoya brand. The coating was the top of the scale, and it uses premium glass. I had a filter that was my lens protection, but it was scratched, and I replaced it with this one. I also needed a filter in a different size, and went with this same filter, only in 58mm. Never looked back.

Fantastic filters, and we use them on all our lenses. They do not affect the quality of your lens and offer great protection. Are they cheap? No, but they are much cheaper than a new lens.

Years ago I was shooting photos in the Atacama desert when suddenly a gust of wind filled my face with blowing sand. And in an instant, three tiny pockmarks appeared in my Leica lens, marks that couldn't be polished out. Ever since then I've been using lens protectors when photographing out of doors. The HOYA filter does that job and is cheap to replace if gets scratched. Don't worry about the UV filter stuff -- UV filters are from back in the day when people shot with film and have no effect on a digital image.

Lo coloqué en un objetivo Sony FE 24-70mm F2.8 GM II y tras iniciar con su uso me parece un filtro de alta calidad, que proteje y no afecta el rendimiento óptico. Habrá que usarlo más tiempo para ampliar el comentario.
