This Samsung TV was purchased to replace a 12 year old Samsung TV with a damaged screen and so of course this was a dramatic improvement.From unpacking through to set up and finish took around 15 minutes using the remote control, there is the option to link your phone but this seemed to take forever and I abandoned this procedure after an hour. It only takes one person to handle and set up the TV as it is reasonably light given it's size.Picture quality is superb and everything from movies stored on USB devices, amazon prime and terrestrial TV is upscaled to 4K quality. When watching movies you have the option to watch in Movie mode which gives a more authentic and nostalgic feel to those older movies.If you have avi. and wma. files then this TV does not support them and hence can't play them, a minor gripe but hey I can live with that.Sound quality with the inbuilt TV speakers is crystal clear and again superb, no need to buy a soundbar, another nice feature is the standby light which has been strategically placed under the TV so when the TV is switched off the standby light is not glowing at you from the front. Nice touch.Overall I'm very pleased with this TV and I would strongly recommend it to anyone. I did look at other makes such as TCL and HiSense which were in a similar price range but I chose the Samsung due to a professional recommendation and so far so good.
