Great post workout snack.
The flavor is tasty, the jerky is thick and chewy, and they are an amazing post workout snack. I keep a pack of these in my trunk at all times. I love that they are high in protein and low in fat and carbs.

Not Soft or Tender, Tastes like Pepper not Mustard BBQ
I like jerky to be soft and tender, like Jack Links is. But Jack Links is expensive and not always available, so I googled 'softest beef jerky brands' and Country Archer was reported to be be soft. I am sad to report that it is *not* soft and tender; it is the exact same as every other 'tougher' brand that I've tried. I ordered the 'mustard bbq' flavor, it does not taste like mustard or bbq, it tastes like black pepper. The dog loves this, though.
