They do help with stress relief
I do enjoy these beverages. Great alternative to cocktails. I don’t care much for the plum flavor(which you mostly get in this selection) it has some cinnamon in it which I usually really like but not with the plum it doesn’t taste too good honestly but I enjoyed the other 2 flavors.Actually they do help you feel calm and give clarity instead of fogginess like alcohol tends to do.
