Leatherman mini/micro multi-tool refugees unite!
Since Leatherman has discontinued their extremely useful and low- cost micro/ mini multitools (Squirt S4/P4/ES4), of which mine lasted quite a long time, I searched for a mini multitool (daily office-working carry) that had the same or similar mindset as Leatherman. I had to have both pliers and scissors- non- negotiable. Didn't want any saw blades or weird things I'll never use. Didn't want any keychain hooks to dig a hole in my fabric pocket. The answer for me is this Nextool Mini Sailor. The blade is sharp and great angle for scoring, opening boxes and cutting them down, scissors that are surprisingly hefty (strong and sharp), pliers that have already been used to cut and twist 12 gauge copper wire and remove a screw in reverse, a file that is an absolute joy- can file off rough metal shards on the edge of a grinder-cut piece of aluminum, but there is another side to that file, which is fine enough to take care of my nail(s) when I have a sharp corner or broken off piece. Then of course the screwdriver/ bottle opener and Philips. I wish the tip of the Phillips was fine- ground to double serve as a glasses screwdriver adjuster, but I could do that myself (leatherman had that). The bottle opener and screwdriver are strong enough to open a bottle of Manhattan Special and also put on an electric switch plate. Surprisingly useful and strong tool! I included some pics of the pliers holding progressively heavier weight. 5lb garbage pail, 10lb full 1L water bottle, 35lb backpack. All pocket size. Great daily tool- always prepared! And unbeatable price. I don't need a lifetime warranty (leatherman promise which they fail on for discontinued tools) when the price is good enough to buy another one if it breaks!

Buy one and thank me later. You'll be glad you did.
Love this multitool. Very good sharp blade and excellent scissors. The multitool itself is very similar in size/dimensions as the Leatherman squirt but better. The scissors are much better then the squirt and wingmans scissors and almost as good as victorinox scissors. Little stiff to open some tools out of the box but that's normal for multitools. Very good array of tools for edc. Everything you need and nothing you don't. Very light compared to other multitools that weigh down your pockets. And a great price, a lot cheaper and better thought out then the leading big multitool brands. Highly recommended getting one plus its non locking and blade is under 3 inches so it's even UK legal.

Fantastic tool and a good value
Well made. Solid build. Just the right balance of tightness on how each tool pulls out and folds in and the notches are easy to grab with my fingernails. Don't expect these to be easy to pull out or push back in. It takes a little force, but I personally like how that works. The pliers are solid and functions well as the primary focus of the tool. The small loop is initially tucked in when new and isn't obvious it's there so you need to pull it out (see the instruction sheet). Weight is higher than I would expect, but I'm fine with it given how sturdy it is. The only tricky part is the scissors since you could cut yourself relatively easily when retracting it unless you're pressing specifically on the part close to the hinge. Again the included instructions are helpful on how to use this part of the tool. Price was higher than I was originally hoping to spend, but it's well worth the cost.

Perfect Aside from the Keychain Ring Placement
Feels like a solid multi tool with a strong pair of pliers. My gerber keychain multitool was very fragile and ended up bending in several places leaving it unusable and this NexTool one seems to address a lot of the qualms I had with that one. The only issue I have with the NexTool S11 is that the keychain ring is on the same side as both the file and the knife. I was able to take apart the multitool with a T9 torx bit and swap the knife and file with the scissors and screwdrivers (pictured), but it just seemed like a design/usability oversight. If I have this thing attached to my keys I don't want to be trying to keep my keys out of the way while using the knife or file as you want a nice hand hold on those. Either way, if you have a minute to take it apart and fix this issue or if you don't plan to use it on your keys at all its an awesome keychain multitool with a strong pair of pliers.

Best mini multi tool out right now.
I was an owner of the Gerber dime which I purchased a couple of months ago. After using that tool and realizing how cheap the build quality was I asked Grok and they recommended this or a Leatherman squirt, which had been discontinued. So I pulled the trigger and I’m happy I did. After seeing all the reviews of the dime breaking pliers left and right, I am happy to say you can feel the quality in this tool and it I expect to last a while and be able to use the pliers for light to medium duty use.

Quality, sturdy construction - optimal pocket size
I have been looking for a replacement pocket multitool for a Leatherman Squirt which have been discontinued. I just got this tool but the quality appears excellent. I really like the construction - it feels like a very sturdy tool. I am looking forward to using it for a long while. I had purchased a different multitool, but it was much bigger than what I wanted. This is just the perfect size and feel

Kind of useless unless you got another tool with you
The tool seems OK. It’s the size that I wanted. But it’s pretty much another useless tool of this type; well at least for me. It takes another tool to get the tools out of the frame. My fingers nails are just not tough enough to get the tools out. So it’s kind of useless. Too bad there isn’t a lite weight multitool that doesn’t require fingernails. Leatherman makes some heavy duty ones that does not require fingernails, but they’re ridiculous expensive. You can buy a whole tool chest of tools for what they want for their newest one.

Perfect item for a pocket edc.
The tools are small yet high quality, they firmly stay in place but do not lock, it is very light and hard to notice in a pocket. The S11 Pro is very versatile and durable, though it is not a replacement for a full size tool, This is one of the greatest keychain tools and for the price, you can’t beat it.
