Bottom line. Everyone has their own preferences as to what sounds good and what sounds great. I can tell you that if SONUS FABER somehow had a love child with Bowers and Wilkinson upper line (like $10k), its name would be JAMO C109. These speakers have the magic of the SONUS on the top end, with the lower mids and upper bass of the B&Ws. I'm telling you that you will not find anything that is better that these under $6500 ( upper line electrostatics) and even then its controversial. The B&W aren't even really "better", but they are slightly different. PLEASE LET ME KNOW if anyone can find something that is actually better under $10k
