Hi, I'm 4ft 11" and they are full length on me. On a taller person they're more like a cropped length but on us little people they work out as full length. Any cropped pants that I've bought from Roman is always full length on me. I hope this answers your question.

Q: Is the sizing good or do you have to go up a size

I found the fit true to size, for a size 14, 5ft 6inch tall, even allowing for my rounded tummy! You can always return them, if not.

Q: Would these leggings be suitable to wear under a short dress with boots

They are not skin-tight on me so I probably wouldn't do that. But I am a fairly slender build! They are really soft and comfortable to wear.

Q: How much of a seam do they have? its for a teen with asd and cannot stand seams

On inside of legs and middle of body. They're not bulky and I don't notice them. So not sure of suitability for your teen sorry.
