These replacements came in, and I first noticed that the movable plastic handle on one of the heads was broken. (This handle flips up so that you can easily remove the heads from the printer.) But more importantly, only one of the two heads would calibrate. I was trying to fix this as frugally as possible, but this didn't work for me. While I did not notice in the description that these were remanufactured, they very obviously were. I did not contact the seller to resolve, because I just wanted to cut my losses and ended up buying a new printer.
