Ya I like this pencil the grip is nice and I think that it is good all around. I think it is angeled at the bottom which is good. It writes darker than other Japanese ones. I LOVE the color.

My favorite pencil brand
I found another pencil by Kokuyo - a simple, white bodied mechanical pencil with no eraser, and I really liked it. I lost that pencil and decided to look online and my search led me to Amazon where I found this pencil in 0.7mm. Though I prefer a narrower line, I found that I break the 0.3mm and 0.5mm lead, but 0.7mm is perfect. Iโm a heavy writer, too - have tried to fix that for years, but it is what it is.This pencil is GREAT and I like it a lot. I like pencil for my notes and sketches.
