For a brief understanding of history, go for it. Very good book with photos and clear details. Though paperback, it's a sturdy and good quality paper. Worth the price.

This book is just what I wanted. Lots of pictures (every page) and very informative text. The author Lucia Gahlin is a highly regarded Egyptologist.

I am a lover of ancient Egypt this book is amazing to know more about Egypt .

I really enjoyed this book. It's a good book as a starter into the Ancient Egyptian history.
