Don't over tighten the bolts, not necessary they come with Nylon Locking Nuts
first let me say the instructions for this piece of equipment are terrible. I really think they should invest some time and properly document the assembly, lucky for me I have a good engineering background and was able to decipher poor instructions. Now as far as the equipment once assembled very nice and well-engineered quality parts including the cables and pullies. completes with concrete anchors which i didn't need I mounted it to a wall which I had access to both sides of. Functionality very nice smooth operation good range of motion solidly built. like I said the only issue I had was the instructions. good value for the money.

Solid machine with some minor flaws overpriced in my opinion
The SPART LAT Power Cable Machine is a reliable addition to my home gym, offering excellent versatility with its high and low pulley stations. At 6 feet tall, I find it a bit short for full overhead extensions, but it still functions well for most exercises. Assembly was a hassle due to poorly written instructions, which made the process more time-consuming than it should have been. Additionally, a couple of pieces arrived with minor cosmetic damage, though this doesn’t affect functionality. Overall, it’s a sturdy machine that performs well, though I think it’s slightly overpriced for what you get.

Disappointed in packaging
When I got home to see the box waiting for me. I seen the box was ripped and when I moved it sounded like loose parts. I got the tower into my shop and finished opening the box to see all the hardware ( nuts bolts washer) where loose inside the box. It took me more time trying to find all the hardware and make sure they where all there then it did for me to put it together. Other then that it works as it should and feels stable using it, so far.

Definitely worth buying
A lot of people are under the misconception that you can build the best abs from only calorie deficits and endless crunches as well as other bodyweight exercises. But this leaves out progressive overload - where you gradually increase your weight amount every week to build more muscle. With abs, it is the same - I'd been searching for years for a way at home outside the gym to do Cable Crunches. I bought adaptions, different things for my squat rack at home that didn't do the job. So I bought this entire machine to do Cable Crunches - and it's great. Lat pull downs are awesome here too - which AthleanX says are better for biceps than curls. Now word of advice: if you're like me, looking to do Cabel Crunches for progressive overload on the abs - don't sit the chair!!! It will F your back up if you try to bring your forehead down while sitting down on the chair. My upper back hurt for 2 weeks. Once it healed I tried again, this time with my knees on the ground, and pulling the cables down for a Cable Crunch, touching my forehead to the floor with the seat behind me - this works and does an effective cable crunch workout, it's well put together and has worked really well from the day I got it assembled.

Feels cheap
First time using it with a 5 pound weight and instantly the ropes were damaged. Not sure if the cables are just cheap or if it was too tight, but instructions didn’t clarify not to tighten them tight at the end. Overall unhappy with the purchase

Works great
This is not my first rodeo utilizing a cable machine. However, it is my first experience with a plate loaded system, as opposed to a weight stack. I was curious as to how easy/difficult installing it would be, how well it would hold up, and if a sufficient exercise could be achieved with it. Let's just say I have been made a believer. Looking at the price point I was very skeptical as it relates to the aforementioned concerns. Installation didn't take nearly the amount of time I expected. This piece of equipment fits perfectly in my home gym; not taking up tons of room. The cable-pulley system seems to be capable of carrying the load (no pun intended). I can more than get a good session in, and can feel the pump post-workout. I highly recommend this item for any home gym.
