Yes they can. The legs, arms and head are movable.

What is with the holes on the backs? They are each different, but didn’t come with an accessory to make them do anything.

To attach the Power FX Pack (individual weapons) but this set doesn’t come with it, and unfortunately I don’t think the power packs sold separately.

Do they make stands for these?

Idk. There is a spot on the back of each one that could be for a stand. I haven’t figured out its purpose.
